yogurt, our beloved

The art of making yoghurt at home is a culinary tradition passed through families and lineages especially in the Balkans and the Middle East. A modern revival of this ritual is supported by increased awareness around gut health and probiotics, the rise of home-cooking and a preference for less packaged foods and high-protein diets.

Various types of yoghurt [soygurt, kvark, icelandic skyr] have been trending globally as well as the original Mediterranean classic.

The app learns from the user feedback, meaning that with every batch, you can give your yoghurt maker feedback on how you would like it to taste next time.
